Methods

Our main instrument, the AI Sprint, is complemented by additional measures:

• AI Sprints: from idea to proof-of-concept in 3–6 months. We work for a pre-defined fixed budget – if we are convinced by the challenge, also at our own risk. We typically solve a problem that seemed unsolvable until recently using new artificial intelligence.
• AI teaching and training: often derived from our gen AI courses at universities, we deliver workshops in businesses.
• AI consulting: use-case discovery, finding orientation, setting priorities. We have genuine expertise.
• AI research: we are open to applied research opportunities, i.e. we can also conduct research for you through our extensive network.

Ethics

Became AI helps organisations deploy AI-based solutions ethically. We are committed to the principles of digital humanism and to developing AI that is transparent, auditable, and aligned with European regulatory frameworks. Our work is meant to expand human agency.

Sovereign Intelligence

In our work, we help organisations build sovereign intelligence. By this we mean: (i) being sovereign in dealing with (artificial) intelligence; and (ii) being a sovereign of (artificial) intelligence. We can help with both.
